INSIDE THE MOBILE HOSE CONSTRUCTION FACILITY
This Mobile Hose Construction Facility has been set up to be able to eliminate a significant amount of down time for Enviromulch in the event of a blown or leaking hose.
This asset has become extremely valuable to the efficiency of our operation. It is able to easily maneuver around sites and around our yard as required. The contents within include an air compressor, a PC200 Continental hose crimper as well as a generator to supply the bus with lighting, heat and electricity to power all required tools.
The facility is stocked with 2 wire and 4 wire hydraulic hose that ranges from ¼” to 1-1/2”. The fitting types in stock at all times include JIC, NPT, ORB, code 61 and code 62 available in various sizes and orientations. A lot of the fittings are available in metric and standard.
This facility also carries heater hose, radiator hose as well as various sizes of hose wrap. As an added advantage we have ensured that we have the proper tools within the bus for pressure testing of hydraulic systems. The Mobile Hose Construction Facility is available to go to any large size project that Enviromulch is working on.
